We are currently recruiting an Invoicing and Billings Officer for an ASX listed commercial organisation. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers.

It's a fast paced, driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas. They are seeking an Invoicing and Billings Officer to join their team full time, on a 6 months FTC basis.
You will report to the Finance Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Entering invoices in the system
- Raising invoices and receipts on a timely manner.
- Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
- Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies
- Managing direct debit for utilities accounts
- Assisting clients with accounts payable related queries
- Other administration & accounts duties where required
What experience will you have:
- 2+ years of experience in the Billings/ AP domain
- Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
- Having a proactive and steady approach
