Company Overview

An exciting opportunity exists to join a prestigious wealth management company within their reporting team based in Melbourne CBD. This role will see you working within a high achieving team, working closely with Advisors and Clients producing reports on investments, tax and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting across portfolio valuation, income, transaction, realised and unrealised CGT investment and performance
  • Collate and manipulate data for reports
  • Perform cost base reconstruction
  • Reconcile and analyse financial data of holdings, income, performance and cash between custody and reporting systems
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing advice and technical support on reporting and requests
  • Work within set SLA’s

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reporting based role will be highly regarded
  • Experience in an operations based role within custody environment
  • Understanding of markets and products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Ability to work to deadlines
