Randstad is currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator / Credits Controller to join our client that is based on the south side. This is a full time, permanent position to commence immediately. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience minimum in a similar role.

Our client is a medium sized FMCG company based in Heathwood, QLD. The company has recently undergone a
large expansion and as a result requires an Inventory and Credits Controller to join their thriving team.

The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working inventory and credits coordinator to coordinate the site’s
inventory and manage returns in a timely but accurate manner. Working within the FMCG industry you will be
exposed to a variety of administration & compliance work.


You will be responsible for:

  • Inventory usage and storage requirements at site
  • High level data entry - Upper Intermediate/Advanced Excel and SAP experience will be advantageous
  • Inventory usage and storage requirements at site
  • Budgeting and forecasting – experience in this is a must!
  • Manage the redelivery and returns process in line with customer requirements
  • Complete all Customer returns & credits within minimal time frames
  • Proactively solve inventory problems and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal impact to the company


You must also meet the following requirements:

  • Have strong computer literacy skills - Picking up new systems quickly will be essential to your success in this role
  • SAP and Excel experience - You must have previous experience or knowledge using these systems
  • Knowledge of Warehousing Systems and RF Systems.
  • Knowledge and competence in Inventory Control Functions.
  • Decision making ability to evaluate value cost propositions.
  • Be results orientated and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
