Randstad are looking for an experienced Internal sales person for our large state based client. They are passionate about delivering high-quality services, products and exceeding customers expectations. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a passionate and committed internal sales person to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring all customer details are accurately and timely entered into our system.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts providing after care service updates where required.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of their products and continued evolution of the organisation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details in our CRM system.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with customers and clients to repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales roles working over the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven experience using the program MYOB is advantageous.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to succeed.
