The Integration Lead oversees the integration for the SAP S/4HANA project, working with the client and third-party teams. This role involves managing tasks, issues, and risks related to integration and requires strong experience with complex systems.

Technical Skills:

• Proven track record of successfully leading internal and third-party teams in enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop work plans, set milestones, and determine resource needs to align with project timelines.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing robust integration solutions, with experience in gathering and interpreting detailed integration requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities, with experience in creating effective communication channels and reporting processes for stakeholders, senior management, and project partners.
• Ability to identify, track, and resolve integration issues and risks, and escalate critical issues that could impact project milestones or go-live dates.
• Experience in supporting solution and integration testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure thorough validation of integration solutions.
• Experience in contributing to strategic planning for integration processes and practices.
• Capable of providing expert advice and guidance in integration and project management, representing the client in collaborations with implementation partners and influencing stakeholder understanding and commitment.
