Provide technical leadership in the selection, design, development and deployment of integration solutions for the program.
Develop integration patterns that align with program objectives while utilizing existing toolsets where applicable.
Define and maintain integration standards that can be used to govern all integration implementations.
Work with functional and product teams to understand the integration capabilities of each of the components within the program and use that understanding to ensure sound integration.
Present integration solution designs in various technical discussions and Architecture Review Team forum to ensure key stakeholders are informed and to secure approval for implementation.
Develop comprehensive integration roadmaps, outlining the sequence and timeline of integration initiatives, while considering dependencies and risks.
Create and maintain a catalog of all integrations within the program.
