About the Role:
- Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)
- Reporting To: Head of Insurance
- Salary Package: $220,000 pkg + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement insurance strategies for all construction projects, including bespoke Principal-controlled insurance solutions
- Act as the insurance SME for power generation, electrical transmission, and major pipeline construction projects
- Design and manage construction insurance strategies, claims management, and contractual reviews
- Lead and coordinate bespoke construction placements for power generation projects, exploring opportunities for improvements
- Manage relationships with brokers, underwriters, and the Operations Insurance team
- Report to the Executive Risk Management Committee/Executive Leadership Team and ensure compliance with insurance processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of business experience, with at least 5 years in an insurance role within an ASX 100 company or equivalent, focusing on construction
- Strong technical knowledge in construction insurance, including contractual requirements and liability regimes
- Experience in power generation projects and renewables is desirable
- Ability to develop and implement effective insurance frameworks and systems
