Your new role
As an Insurance Broker Support Officer you will deliver high quality customer service for key clients with a big focus on client outcomes and end to end claims management. This is a permanent position with fantastic career progression. We are looking for an energetic and confident communicator with a high level of initiative.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Customer service for key clients, including a big focus on client outcomes;
- Processing of transactions and file maintenance
- Debtor management;
- End to end claims management
- Assisting with general enquiries and endorsements
- Pre-renewals management
- General administration duties.
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services
- Sound technical knowledge of general insurance products
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer service
- Ability to rapidly adapt to change
- Strong attention to detail
- You’re great at building and maintaining relationships.
- Desire to learn
Bonus: Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or equivalent
