Your New Role:
As an Inside Sales Account Executive within the Sales Department, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients across various therapy areas, while promoting our specialised medication and wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage existing accounts by processing customer orders and responding to inquiries.
- Support clients in growing their businesses by identifying new revenue opportunities and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure accurate product information and seamless order processing.
- Inform clients about promotions, special offers, and new product samples, while strategically upselling products.
- Keep clients updated on industry news and assist with any product-related inquiries.
- Actively generate sales from inactive accounts while acquiring new customers and expanding business opportunities.
- Work closely with outside sales representatives, providing them with leads, referrals, and support.
- Stay informed on the latest pharmaceutical industry trends and developments through continuous learning and research.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of your territory and collaborate closely with the outside sales team.
- Travel within your designated territory to visit existing and potential clients as required.
Your Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree in science, business, or a related field is desirable
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and having meaningful conversations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanour.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients.
- A valid driver's licence.
