About the Company

Victorian State Government organisation are seeking to build their team within the CBD. Our client is expanding and requiring Contact centre professionals to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • HIGH VOLUME contact centre
  • Communicate and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Record incidents reported accurately
  • Perform administrative duties for enquiries
  • Abide by professional policies and procedures set in place

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to process sensitive information
  • Contact centre experience (mandatory)
  • Computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems in a timely manner
  • Ability to process high volume data entry in a quick and accurate manner
  • Resilient and ability to focus on the task at hand
  • Dealing with sensitive and/or personal material
  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge quickly and effectively
  • Consent to a National Police check
  • Qualifications in Psychology, Teaching, Social Work, Youth work and/ or Counselling (Highly regarded)

The role is a full-time opportunity with Monday – Friday 8:00am-6:00pm rostered hours (38 hour) working week in an ongoing role. Applicants must have full availability and no planned leave in the first 3 months to be considered for this role. Start date is ASAP.
