About the role
As one of Australia's leading online education companies, we are looking for dedicated individuals with a flair for connecting with customers to join our existing sales team. By taking on a consultative approach, you will be responsible for assisting new students and helping them through their enrolment journey.

Responsibilities:
Make warm outbound calls to prospective students/ leads, identifying their individual needs and future goals, and advising them of the most suitable course to undertake.
Answer inbound calls from prospective students/leads and handle their enquiries to achieve a mutually satisfactory result.
Meet and exceed annual enrolment, lead engagement and lead management targets.
Maintain quality standards for enrolments: Right student – Right course
Maintain a high level of written and verbal communication and meet communication benchmarks
Uphold accurate sales pipeline data


Experience:
Excellent sales/telesales track record, working within a high sales KPI & incentive driven environment
Outstanding communication skills
Adaptable & consultative style in dealing with a wide range of clients
Thrives working in a demanding, team focused environment
Experience in education and training, OR a fast paced sales environment
