Company Overview

Due to business growth multiple opportunities have arisen to join an industry leader within the financial service sector across insurance. Day to day this role will see you working as part of a supportive innovative team delivering a superior service to members, advisers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from members and Advisers
  • Provide detailed product knowledge
  • Provide updates on any current claims
  • Action member requests
  • Update and maintain customer records
  • Liaise with Advisors and clients to fulfil service and processing requests within SLA’s
  • Provide a superior service to customers

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working within banking or financial services
  • Experience working in a call centre environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Available to work Monday - Friday on a roster between 8.30am - 6pm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for going above and beyond for members
