Your new role
As an Inbound Call Centre Representative you will be answering inbound calls and articulating the company’s service offering by signing up new employees to salary packaging. You will be given warm leads to assist new customers through the sign-up process and drive additional product uptake through effective questioning and excellent customer service.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound phone calls and managing customer salary packaging enquiries.
- Providing information regarding the company’s service offering.
- Signing up new employees to salary packaging.
- Driving additional product uptake through effective questioning.
- Making outbound calls and scheduling appointments.
- Assisting customers through the sign-up process.
- Consistently acting in the best interest of the customer and the business.
Your skills and experience
- Customer service experience - call centre or face to face customer service/ sales experience
- You are known for your exceptional customer service
- You pride yourself on being an outstanding communicator
- You consider yourself a motivated individual who is driven by KPI’s.
Your benefits
- Flexible working arrangements ( 3 days in office!)
- No weekend work
- Uncapped commission - very high earning potential - ($1800 upwards per month)
- 3 extra leave days between Christmas and New Year & a day of birthday leave
