In this role, you will have access to full training and development plus ongoing support and the opportunity to work with a variety of large government departments. The role:

  • Rotating roster from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday (no weekend work!)
  • $40,500 plus super
  • Inbound calls relating to basic customer enquiries
  • Administration and compliance follow-up
  • Working in a large contact centre
  • Working through multiple screens to update information
