Company Overview

Expression of interest for a short term contract to join a reputable Bank working in their inbound member service team handling calls in regards to banking enquiries and online support. This role will suit someone who has previously worked within banking or financial services in a phone based role and has their RG146 qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls from existing customers in relation accounts
  • Assist customers with card activation and online access support
  • Conduct follow requirements as required
  • Assist and provide relevant information for customer queries
  • Work within company SLA’s
  • Support and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a phone based role within Banking
  • Must have Rg146 qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Monday – Friday office hours based in the CBD
  • Available immediately for a short term contract
