We are looking for energetic, competitive and experienced sales individuals who excel in providing superior customer service. The successful candidate will be sales driven and able to work in a competitive inbound and outbound customer service environment. These are entry level positions and extensive training will be provided.

About you

  • Provide high level customer service to
  • Resolving Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Required to meet weekly / weekly KPI’s
  • Cross selling and upselling to already existing customer base
  • Generate new sales by understanding customer needs
  • Required to handle and overcome objections from customers
  • No cold calling with be required for this role
  • Follow organisational protocols and procedures
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to continually improve knowledge of products and services

Role tasks/duties:

Role specifications:

  • You must be able to commence August 17 for mandatory training
  • You will be required to be available for the full 7 days of training from 9am – 5pm
  • Hours of business operation are 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday; and be available some Saturdays 8am – 4pm
  • You may be required to work Queensland Public Holidays
  • Multiple Part Time and Full Time roles available; part time candidates will need to work a minimum of 20 hours and Full Time candidates must be available 38 hours per week
  • Brisbane CBD Location
  • Hourly rate $21.84 + super per hour

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A strong sales ability to overcome objections
  • Excellent sales and retentions skills to sell to an existing customer base
  • A desire to achieve and exceed sales targets / KPIS
  • Will be highly energetic and enjoy a healthy competition while working in a team environment
