Randstad is currently seeking an experience Human Resources Business Partner to work in both Young and Albury with a large client. The company you would be working for are a national healthcare company with very strong core values which guide the way they interact with their patients.

Our client is seeking an experience Human Resources Business Partner with a strong background in change management to commute between their Albury and Young site.

To be eligible for this role you will be a seasoned HR Generalist with experience working as a trusted Business Partner.

Additional Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business Management
  • Hold a current drivers license
  • Flexibility to travel between Albury and Young
  • Proven experience providing support to & coaching managers
  • Knowledge in designing & managing occupational health & safety & return to work programs
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build positive relationships, negotiate and problem solve
