  • 3 month temp - working remotely
  • Immediate Start - VPS 5 role ($90-119k+super range)
  • HR Business Partner with OD/HR/Change exp

Our client, is a government entity highly regarded and wonderfully committed to the environment, is currently looking for support on a number of HR/OD/Change Projects. Ideally this candidate will have a HR Business Partner background to be able to support generalist activities as required to.

Join the team for a three month period to support key change activities. You will partner with the Human Resources and Operations teams, as well as the transformation team, as they embark on the next stage of their journey. This role is working remotely under the current circumstances.

Reporting to and partnering closely with the Human Resources Team, you will provide advice, guidance and leadership to your key stakeholders on specific HR/OD projects as directed, client group to deliver generalist support across all pillars of Human Resources, as well as change activities as directed.

Key areas of responsibility include

  • Deliver change programs through a combination of project and business as usual
  • Assist in the delivery new ways of work
  • Deliver new culture program
  • develop and execute a communications plan to support all necessary change requirements
  • Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business
  • Establishing sound relationships and engaging with key stakeholders within the business
  • Demonstrating knowledge and experience in change management activities
  • Work with senior stakeholders to embed change to ensure benefits of the transformation are realised

The successful candidate will have considerable experience within an environment, outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills. You will also have a solutions-focused approach and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way. You will have previous experience within change / transformation and / or OD. You will be degree qualified in Business and/or Human Resources.
