job description

This key industry player is seeking to add to their growing headcount. Based in the heart of Canberra, our client is looking for an experienced HR administrator to join their team and further develop their business.

Duties include

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Coordinating with work health safety matters
  • Developing and implementing HR and WHS procedures
  • ADHOC general admin
  • Assisting with running of the business, including payroll

Successful candidates must have

  • Developed understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Experience in delivering advice
  • Strong employee and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent organising and time management skills
  • Prefered experience with MYOB or XERO software
