About the job

  • Provides consultancy and support services to departmental staff regarding organisation wide record keeping functions, processes procedures, systems and responsibilities.
  • Undertakes reviews and audits of record keeping systems and procedures to identify improvement needs and ensure compliance with corporate and legislative requirements.
  • Assists in the development of policies procedures and guidelines to support effective information management.
  • Manage and maintain the business classification scheme (BCS). Liaise with stakeholders to develop new or refine terminology and scope.
  • Assists in achieving business priorities through responsibly maintaining user focused information and record keeping systems that are productive and efficient.

Role Requirements

  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • MUST have previous Trim or Objective experience
  • Previous Oracle experience advantageous
  • High attention to detail and data input accuracy
  • Highly self motivated and task orientated
  • Great analtyical and reporting skills
  • Experience in a HR area advantageous
  • MUST have National Police Clearance
