The Company

Working within the construction and archeological space; currently seeking an all rounder with HR administration experience to join a warm and vibrant team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for directors with HR administrative tasks
  • Handling timesheets and assisting book keeper
  • Perform general office support; maintenance requests, assisting team members, order office supplies
  • Support annual processes; performance/salary reviews, leave requests
  • Be a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Skills:

  • HR administration experience
  • Previously worked in construction industry
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office
  • Knowldge on Xero and Workflow (or equivalent)
  • High attention to detail
