Our client is currently recruiting an Administration Assistant to join their Human Resource team working within their corporate office based in Sydney Olympic Park. You will be joining a highly reputable FMCG company who are a global leader in their field. The role will be on a fulltime contract basis, providing you with potential for growth and development within a stable role.

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Support People Services team with system data correction tasks for end of year performance reviews.
  • Managing high volumes of incoming queries through helpdesk relating to the end of year performance review.
  • Escalating queries to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
  • Prepare Microsoft Excel files for payment.
  • Manage high call volumes, and work to complete requests.
  • General Administration and data entry.

Skills and experience required;

  • Excellent attention to detail (100% accuracy)
  • HR experience required.
  • Experience in an end of year performance review cycle required relating to salary increases and bonus payments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • This is a busy role which requires someone who can think on their feet, manage high call volumes, and work within Success Factors to complete requests.
  • MS Office Suite experience required.
