    Are you an experienced HSEQ Coordinator looking to secure a Full Time Permanent position and available to start ASAP?     Our client, located in Canning Vale, is seeking a HSEQ Coordinator who is available for an ASAP start on a full-time basis, MON to FRI - 8:30AM - 5:00PM.

    Key responsibilities will include:
    • Managing and administration of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management systems
    • Undertaking workplace inspections and assisting in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
    • Assisting in incident investigations and management
    • Managing workplace injuries and Workers Compensation
    • Assisting with management of insurance claims for plant and equipment
    • Facilitating safety inductions, training of all employees, and maintenance of training records
    • Assisting in the development of HSE Management Plans, SWP’s, SWMS, JHA’s and Risk Assessments
    • Contributing and coordinating Toolbox meetings
    • Monthly HSE performance collation of information / reporting for internal and external stakeholders
    • Performance of other HSEQ duties as required
    Requirements will include the following:
    • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role
    • A tertiary qualification in OHS – minimum of Cert IV in OHS
    • Certificate IV in Workplace Training highly regarded
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong knowledge of safety systems, risk mitigation, injury management and workplace compliance
    • A high level of computer literacy - in particular MS Office
    • The ability to work in high pressure environments
