Your New Role
This position will be supporting the HSE team with general administration duties plus monitoring the training matrix, monitoring and revising employee preventative Health programs and managing their ChemAlert portal. This position will be a 3 day working week (Mon, Tue, Wed) and based in Wattleup WA.
Your Responsibilities:
- HSE Document Control
- Monitoring the training matrix and booking required HSE training for employees (either internal/external)
- Taking meeting minutes (HSC, HSE Advisor and HSE Manager team meetings)
- Contractor/Site visitor inductions/familiarisations (double checking documentation, but not carrying out on site as HSE Administrator is planned to be based at Crushing Wattleup, min. 3 days per week).
- Monitor and revise employee preventative Health programs e.g. lead, audiometric, spirometry, etc. for currency and ensure scheduling is in place and current.
- Review facility Evacuation plans and engage external party to update as required.
- Review Helix corrective actions and incident reports, ensuring all sub-headers within content have been addressed and translated to Spanish.
- Manage ChemAlert portal for currency.
- Manage and monitor HSE apps e.g. Forklift and Crane Prestarts, Take 5s etc.
- Prepare EOM man hours and other PowerBi data entry requirements including generating reports.
- Finessing PowerPoint presentations and other learning materials as prepared by HSE Team prior dissemination.
Benefits to You:

- 7.6 hour working day (7am - 3pm)
