Your new role

As a People Advisor you will work as a part of the People team to deliver operational day-to-day HR and People support across the organisation. Your duties will include:

  • Providing advice and guidance in relation to legislation, policies and procedures
  • Supporting and assisting with the development and maintainence of policies, procedures etc
  • Working in collaboration with the WHS and Rehabilitation Advisors
  • Support staff and managers through coaching, guiding and case management activities in regards to performance management frameworks

What you’ll need to excel

  • Minimum certificate IV in Human Resource Managegement of business related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a HR generalist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work within a small team
