    An opportunity has arisen for an established Business Partner to join a national organisation on a full time basis.     The Role

    As the Human Resources Business Partner you will work as part of the senior leadership team and support General Managers and Operational Managers to create, drive and deliver people solutions in line with the business strategy. Your role will incorporate value adding solutions across a range of areas including strategic workforce planning, talent and succession management, culture & engagement planning, performance coaching, remuneration advice, change management and coaching complex employment advice. Your role will also see you working within a highly unionised environment.

    Your Experience

    • You will have worked as a true business partner and are comfortable building and maintaining strong partnerships to drive business results through robust people and performance strategies.
    • You’ll have demonstrated an ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy and deliver relevant, effective people solutions in a changing environment
    • You will have strong business acumen and a clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between people and business strategy outcomes
    • You’ll be used to working collaboratively across all areas of HR functions to deliver solutions for the business.
    • Self-motivation, drive and resilience are essential and you will be highly-skilled in influencing, negotiating, gaining credibility and building relationships with stakeholders.
    • You will also be patient, assertive and diplomatic, with a collaborative style and willing to roll up your sleeves and own your portfolio.

    This full-time role will see you working out of their inner city Brisbane office on a full time permanent basis.
