• Organise interviews, schedule appointments, advertise jobs and attend interviews when necessary
• Provide support to employees and management in relation to Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Assist with the onboarding process
• Liaise with the people and culture manager
• Work alongside and support management in the recruitment process.
• Create a positive candidate experience.
• Compliance with legal & company policies and reporting processes
• Conduct background / reference checks
• Data entry and reporting

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience within the recruitment and/or HR industry.
• Experience using HR system ELMO is highly desired
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR systems and processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships
• Ability to work independently within a tight knit team
• Proactive and positive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines
