job description

Randstad is currently seeking a HR professional on a permanent full time basis.

This role is based in Giru.

Duties:

  • Recruitment activities, including advice to managers on best practice
  • co-ordinating HR/Payroll functions and assisting with queries
  • issuing employment contracts
  • manage HR documentation
  • weekly timecard management for wages employees
  • ensuring the ongoing maintenance and integrity of SAP Payroll, Kronos data and Recruitment data systems
  • effective communication requiring an understanding of Enterprise Agreements, policies and procedures
  • support the Senior HR Officer / HR Leadership Team with projects and HR Initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous HR and or payroll experience
  • Experience providing support in a complex, large organisation
  • Experience using SAP; Kronos System; Recruitment Database or similar systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources is desirable
