Our client is looking for a fun & exciting HR Officer to join a growing team. This role will see you support and advise employees in all aspects of the HR function. This is an exciting role that will give you the opportunity to develop your HR career whilst working in a recognised national brand and supportive team environment.

This role will see you be responsible for the recruitment activity, workers compensation and daily administration and reporting of Human Resource activities As the HR Officer, you will provide advice to line managers in regards to enterprise agreement (EBA) interpretation, contractual terms and conditions of employment and Human Resource policies and procedures.

Other responsibilities are as follows;

• Conduct all facets of the recruitment process for store operations and support teams, sales and administration
• Prepare contracts of employment and respective induction kits for all new starters
• Prepare and manage internal recruitment activity
• Provide information and advice to line managers in regards to Human Resource policies and procedures and the Agreement
• Provide accurate information to Payroll
• Undertake general administration
• Ensure annual performance reviews are conducted
• Completion of exit interviews & summarise in a quarterly report
• Complete Human Resources monthly Reporting

The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 year's experience in a similar HR role

• Retail and/or fashion industry experience an advantage
• MS Office skills
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Proactive and confident approach
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• The natural capacity to be resilient, optimistic and fun to work with, even under pressure
