Our banking and finance client are currently recruiting a HR Change Manager to operate across a range of critical, large scale change initiatives in the organisation. You will lead the change program within the business, with the main focus on significant people and organisation change projects. In this role, you will be a key strategic business partner and interface with senior HR and business leaders, driving value at all stages of the organisational change.

This role will hold expertise in HR generalist, change management and organisational design practices, leveraging and establishing support to deliver change successfully within the business as required.

Main Responsibilities;

  • Assess the prevailing environment, scope and define the change to ensure outcomes and expected change benefits are clearly articulated.
  • Develop and manage the change plan to deliver the agreed capabilities and realise the business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget.
  • Recommend and implement intuitive change solutions that maximise the analysis and delivery investment made.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder communications and engagement including definition of roles and responsibilities as they relate to the change.
  • Identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change including challenging and influencing project team members and stakeholders as required.

To be successful in this role you will have strong HR experience, ideally as a generalist with proven ability in significant people and organisational change programs. You will have strong data management and analysis capability and strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. You will also have high attention to detail, strong business and commercial acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.
