This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a leading global provider within the biotechnology industry. As the national stand alone HR manager, you will play an important role in supporting the Managing Director at an advisory and operational capacity.

In alignment with the companies objectives, you have the opportunity to drive the direction of the HR national function and contribute towards how the business operates in Australia - under the guidance of an remarkable international Senior HR leader and HR APAC team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • HR Generalist Advice to key stakeholders
  • Guide the HR activities to ensure operational HR support to the business
  • Business Partner with assigned business areas to identify current and future needs
  • Development and implementation of initiatives, plans and programs
  • Act as a coach; driver of performance, talent management and change process
  • Manage HR projects in cooperation with other business areas
  • Input and influence to drive towards Employer of Choice
  • Involvement in Global HR Projects
  • Lead and inspire a positive and motivational atmosphere
  • Payroll and associated administrative requirements

Key requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Extensive experience within a HR Management generalist role
  • Further qualifications in coaching and consulting preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP HR
  • Good knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Ongoing application of subject-related and method-related knowledge
  • Planning and problem solving whilst managing time, costs, quality
  • Ability to work in teams and encouraging objective-oriented collaboration

This position will suit a individual experienced as a HR Generalist with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR and Business management, with supporting tertiary qualifications.
