In the Albury-Wodonga area, our team are currently recruiting a number of heavy vehicle drivers to work with several of our local clients.

about the role

Truck Drivers complete a variety of tasks for our clients, so your workday could include:

• Driving Heavy Rigid, Heavy Combination and Multi Combination vehicles (where licenced)
• Delivering products in a specific time slot
• Using a refrigerated truck and/or Pantech dry trailer
• Completing all the relevant paperwork
• Utilisation of a range of material handling equipment including Pallet Jacks, Islemasters and Counterbalance Forklifts (where licenced);
• Working shift work where required, including afternoons, evening, nights and weekends - either on rotation or permanent basis
• Undertake non driving tasks to support the team, including picking, stacking and palletizing goods.

skills and experience

Suitable candidates for these roles will have:

• Current Heavy Rigid (HR), Heavy Combination (HC) or Multi Combination (MC) licence;
• At least six points remaining on licence;
• A minimum of six months experience as a heavy vehicle driver, with a safe driving history;
• Current Forklift (LF) licence (desirable);
• High level of physical fitness and strength; and
• Excellent attendance, reliability and attention to detail.
