HR Partners is partnering with a global organisation based in Sydney CBD that is searching for an experienced HR Manager.This role will provide top-quality HR support for the business and drive HR initiatives from an operational perspective in line with the business strategy. The successful candidate will be hands-on, solution-focused, diligent, and trustworthy and have the ability to work autonomously.key accountabilities will most likely include:Experience in delivering high-quality HR support to a sophisticated client base.Advise and coach managers using strong generalist knowledge across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Report on key HR metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, propose recommendations, and execute.Payroll liaison and coordinate business visas with an external third-party provider.Collaborate and/or lead initiatives or projects in the annual HR strategic plan.Undertake and assist with the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and guidelines, supporting local compliance.skills and competencies:Degree qualified in Human Resources.Broad knowledge of Employment Law, HR Policies, and best practice.Business acumen and commercial thinking.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.Customer and service-oriented with strong delivery capability.You are an HR professional who has experience providing support on a broad range of HR Policies, Programmes, and Practices, developing people manager capability, and forming strong working relationships across the business.
