HR Customer Service position available working in one of the Big 4 Banks. Our client is looking for a professional and committed individual who is a HR graduate or someone who has experience in HR administration or contact centre environment.

The role:

The role requires all areas of HR including:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Taking inbound calls in relation to HR queries
  • Being available on live chat
  • General HR enquiries while providing accurate and timely assistance
  • Database mgmt; updating staff details including sick/annual leave records
  • Dealing with confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner


  • Must have a relevant degree in HR or studied HR based modules
  • Must have full Australian working rights.
  • Effective communication, time management and organisation skills
  • Be able to manage and prioritise a large workload
  • Strong Administration skills


  • Corporate styled office near public transportation in the heart of the Parramatta
  • Supportive working environment
  • $27.55 per hour + super
