Company Overview

An industry leading, local based fabrication company has had some internal movements due to growth, and is now on the hunt for a flexible and dynamic HR Coordinator to provide administration support to the team.

Reporting to the Director, you will perform various HR administrative duties whilst interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders. You will influence and streamline operational practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting both people leaders and employees
  • Co-ordinate projects and events
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries
  • Prepare contracts, employee packs and purchase orders ensuring documents are compliant with employment legislation
  • Take ownership of data integrity and maintain employee files
  • Addressing area’s of improvement and implementing policies

Selection Criteria

  • Resolute, meticulous and analytical minded with an urgency in meeting expectations and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( advanced word and excel skills)

Intermediate MYOB skills

  • Thrives in managing multiple tasks and demands whilst being flexible and diplomatic in approach
  • Ideally qualified with at least one years HR experience in a similar role, advantageous deriving from the Blue Collar sector
