Company Overview

A long standing Global Industrial leader involved in community projects and sustainability, this organisation is growing and the HR team requires the support of a flexible and dynamic HR Coordinator to provide administration support and mange the global onboarding process.

Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, you will perform various HR administrative duties whilst interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders. You will influence and streamline operational practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Global Induction process autonomously
  • Supporting both people leaders and employees
  • Support the Recruitment Manager with the HRIS administration, advertising, screening and reference, police/medical checks
  • Co-ordinate global and local employee projects and events
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries
  • Prepare contracts, employee packs and purchase orders ensuring documents are compliant with employment legislation
  • Support Business Partners and generate reports for senior management
  • Take ownership of data integrity and maintain employee files

Selection Criteria

  • Resolute, meticulous and analytical minded with an urgency in meeting expectations and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( advanced word and excel skills)
  • Thrives in managing multiple tasks and demands whilst being flexible and diplomatic in approach
  • Ideally qualified with at least one years HR experience in a similar role, advantageous deriving from the Blue Collar sector
