The Successful Candidate:

  • Tertiary qualification in a business related area, preferably Human Resources
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of personal recruitment and selection techniques
  • Able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Able to answer behavioural based scenarios with examples of your experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Consistent and dependable

Your New Role:

Your new role is working for a large, fast paced hospitality industry giant as a Human Resource coordinator. You will be required to be able to undertake the recruitment process for non-managerial positions, oversee all onboarding processes of new employees, maintain adequate administration upkeep, able to provide required training, maintain accurate employee records and seek personal development where necessary.
