We are seeking top talent to support our client, in a large Not-for-Profit organisation that provides support to the lives of individuals facing hardship or injustice. The organisation is currently transitioning their HR services to a national framework and require additional HR support during this transition.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the transition of HR services by ensuring consistent application of HR policies, processes, tools and systems
  • Produce National WGEA and dashboard reporting
  • Prepare employment contracts, documents, correspondence and HR records for employees
  • Provide operational HR support services to the HR team, leaders and employees nationally

About You:

  • Exposure to HR analytics experience using dashboards, metrics & HR systems
  • Strong reporting and data collection and analysis skills to work with raw data and manipulate into reports
  • A Self starter with attention to detail, methodical and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of CHRIS21 or other HRI systems and WGEA reporting is desirable
