We are currently working with a leading natural products organisation on the Gold Coast who are seeking an HR Generalist to come and assist them with their workforce.

This role will see you undertaking a wide range of HR tasks such as:

  • Organise trainings
  • Administering employee benefits and leaves
  • Creating HR policies and reviewing regularly
  • Conducting one-on-one meetings with all staff members to map out their career goals
  • Provide regular insight into the business to the Owners with clear guidance and direction for the business
  • Become the 'go-to' for all generalist HR enquiries
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Monitor critical positions in the business
  • Discussing career progression opportunities with staff
  • Design and implement a robust business structure for all 40 staff
  • Working within a dynamic environment
  • Reporting into an entrepreneurial duo

The goal of this position is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation as a whole. You will become an asset to the business, with the potential to develop to the General Manager.

This position suits someone who has a minimum of 5yrs experience working as an HR Generalist, ideally within the industrial sector, manufacturing or production industries. Initially only 20hrs per week with the possibility for permanent work or extended hours.
