Our client is a large Not for Profit Organisation that provides support nationally and internationally to the lives of individuals facing hardship or injustice. This position will see you contributing to an organisation who significantly makes a difference to the lives of many.

A major division within the company are seeking a confident HR BP who has the capability to take the lead from a HR perspective on work transformation projects within the division.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide operational HR services to divisional and other business leaders and support leaders in the development of tailored HR solutions to support the needs of their business.
  • Deliver people initiatives and programs in a nationally consistent, timely and effective manner.
  • Work with Line management to build and implement HR solutions in line with business needs
  • Partner with Divisional leadership teams to be a focal point for HR support.
  • Deliver a full range of HR services to the division, utilising the support of a HR Services team and ensure all HR services and initiatives within the portfolio are implemented by the required teams.
  • Support the continued development of people management capability of leaders, providing information, tools and where necessary coach them in their application.
  • Provide advice and leadership to managers in the resolution of ER related issues.
  • Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with divisional/ business leaders and the HR team for consistent and successful delivery of all HR services/solutions.
  • Provide BAU HR related tasks including supporting recruitment process.

About You:

  • A minimum 10 years experience in HR roles
  • Working knowledge of Chris21 or other HRIS
  • Able to work with ambiguity and support to lead through the design process of work transformation projects
  • Experience partnering with leadership teams to manage complex people managment issues and identify solutions.
  • Degree qualified in HR, Business or related field
  • Ability to display resilience, maintain appropriate self-care, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Able to constructively raise and work through issues, challenges and seek alternative solutions.
