Our client is a growing reputable international consultancy, currently in search of a Human Resource Business Partner.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for your own business unit. Collaborating as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing guidance on the entire employee lifecycle including, on/off-boarding, workforce planning, remuneration reviews, performance management and all employee relations.
You will collaborate closely with the wider HR team and report to an engaging People & Culture Manager.
Main responsibilities;
- Develop and improve the people management process
- Assist with organisational change efforts and ensure effective implementation
- Guide & support managers on various employee relations issues
- Assist leaders in making informed decisions regarding people management and ensuring adherence to HR policies.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire top talent for your business unit
The successful candidate will have generalist experience and be able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will be confident in having difficult conversations and managing employee relations. You will have strong consulting and relationship-building skills.
