Role Overview:
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the needs of the organisation. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
- Lead and manage talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and on boarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and professional development.
- Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement strategies.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures while staying current on HR best practices and industry trends.
About You:.
- Extensive experience in HR, with a strong focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to drive organisational change and implement HR programs that align with business goals.
- In-depth knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and best practices, particularly within the public sector.
