Location: Launceston

About the Role:
As the HR Business Partner, you will provide professional, business-focused people services across all workplace groups. You will work closely with management and employees, offering high-level specialist advice and support in areas such as:
- Talent acquisition and retention.
- Workforce capability, planning, and engagement.
- Employee and industrial relations.
- Organisational development and culture.
- Policy and procedure development.
- Coaching managers for effective people management.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong understanding of relevant awards, legislation, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- A current driver’s license.
