Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, high-quality advice on HR matters such as industrial relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance
- Partner with leaders to drive HR strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Advise on employment instruments including Enterprise Agreements and Awards, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Lead HR projects focused on culture, talent development, succession planning, and organisational change.
- Ensure adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards and manage workers’ compensation cases.
About You:
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role with a solid understanding of contemporary HR practices.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, industrial awards, and relevant HR legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in project management, with the ability to drive initiatives that support long-term business goals.
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to lead and mentor teams when required.
- Committed to maintaining ethical standards and promoting a positive work culture.
Qualifications:
- A degree in HR or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience.
- A valid driver’s license.
