Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our team in Geelong. Reporting to a Senior Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting people-related initiatives and ensuring best-practice HR processes are embedded across the organisation.
About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with People, Culture & Engagement Partners to implement HR initiatives and support managers throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and change management. You will act as a key liaison across HR branches, providing expert advice and contributing to workforce planning. Additionally, you will lead knowledge management within the Business Partnering team, ensuring consistency in HR policies, processes, and best practices.
