A great opportunity has come up within a busy private organisation within the private sector. As a HR business partner, you will be working closely with the senior managers develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation. You will need to be a quick thinker and have an exceptional work ethic and have experience with change management and staff transitions and redeployment to be successful in this role.

Duties

  • Supporting and developing strategies in conjunction with the organisations plans
  • Contributing to implantation of staff transitions and redeployment
  • Providing a high level of HR advice
  • Contribute to negations and arrangements related to staffing
  • Assisting with legal obligations associated with staffing redeployment

The successful candidate will

  • Be able to build relationships with people from a broad background
  • Have a strong attention to detail and be articulate
  • Have experience in a similar HR business partner role or be experienced with outplacements
  • Be able to evaluate a businesses needs and be able to format an action plan to benefit them
  • Have a “problem solving” mind-set
