About the role
Enhance reporting and analytical capabilities within the P&C function to support informed decision-making and provide insights by aligning P&C metrics with both business unit and corporate strategy objectives.
The Assignment
- $80-90/hr + super
- 3 month contract
- Full time or Part time available
- Geelong office + WFH
... What you will have
- ability to extract valuable insights from data and effectively communicate them to executive and board-level audiences with confidence.
- SAS software experience for data reporting
- Atleast 2 + years working in a HR analyst role as well as other relevant experience working with a HR team
- Ability to translate complex and abstract concepts in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner, tailored to the needs of the audience
What you will do
- corporate workforce reporting such as monthly reporting, board reporting and annual reporting
- Demonstrated project management skills including excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to extract data from the HRMIS (Aurion desirable)
