This leading schools association is evolving and the HR function is actively partnering with the stakeholders across the association to enhance its HR output. In conjunction with support of the HR team, you will partner with a large client group and will engage and support the continued development of a contemporary HRIS platform. This organisation offers their staff a defined career path and they are focussed on providing the tools and resources for HR to add value and align business imperatives.

You will have a solid HR services background and be capable of working with peers to achieve outcomes in a time driven environment. You will have had significant generalist HR experience working with a professional client group, responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain standards, procedures and guides used by business stakeholders in the delivery of HR processes and use of HR systems across the business.
• Driver the implementation and act as a People & Culture subject matter expert (SME) on the HRIS implementation project.
• Develop People & Culture business processes, work instructions and training materials to support the implementation.
• Workshop ideas and actions to advocate and drive diversity and inclusion in the workplace
• Collaborate to provide strong communication and execution of strategies for the client group across 4 campuses.
• Deliver on ad hoc projects and transformation initiatives in conjunction with the broader HR function

Your generalist skill set will be coupled with a strong background in policy development, HR reporting, and HR project work. You will be comfortable working in a changing environment, able to challenge the status quo and deliver on tasks and projects. You will enjoy partnering with school leaders to ensure they are equipped for the implementation of key HR initiatives.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR and experience drawn from a large, diverse organisation will be preferred. Your ability to understand business imperatives and coach peers / staff towards meeting these objectives will be key to your success.
