Due to rapid growth within the business and a restructure of the HR function this organisation is now seeking a HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent part-time basis. You will be the stand alone HR representative for Qld. Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working closely with the broader HR team, you will provide generalist HR/ER support and advice to the Qld function.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Providing first and second level advice to HR queries and escalate accordingly
• Consultation with business managers to decipher business needs
• work collaboratively with the HR team to create and implement business solutions
• Work along side line managers with recruitment needs and liaise with the HR Coordinator regarding onboarding and employment contracts
• Coordinate Training and development programs and initiatives
• Research and develop Employee Benefit program
• Adhoc HR projects

You will be tertiary qualified in Human Resources and have previous experience in a HR Advisor capacity. We are looking for a self starter with a strong work ethic and who takes pride in the quality of their work. You will be advising and liaising with a number of stakeholders; strong written and verbal communications and initiative to streamline processes will ensure your success. You will have the ability to support and maintain working relationships within your client group and wider business. You will be professional and innovative in your approach to your work and hold your own in a stand alone role.
