Your new organisation

Our client is well known within their industry and is growing rapidly. They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team for a four month temporary contract to start immediately to help make a difference in this great local business.

Your new role

In this busy and diverse HR Officer role, you’ll be working closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR projects. You will assist in the development of job descriptions inline with the competency framework, and design and implement learning and development programs for the organisation.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a HR Officer/Advisor role as well as exposure to recruitment
  • Effective communication skills to liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and able to pick new systems up quickly
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and able to meet tight deadlines
